Quick Energy Bites

These babies are perfect for those that need a quick energy boost while they're on-the-go! If you don't have cashew butter on hand, you can always substitute it for more peanut butter, enjoy!

Quick Energy Bites Recipe:


Yield: 18 Servings

Cook Time: 15 Min

Ingredients:

- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter

- 1/3 Cup Cashew Butter

- ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Chunks

- ½ Cup Flax Seeds, Ground

- 1 Cup Rolled Oats

- 1/8 Cup Shredded Coconut

- 2 Tbsp Agave or Honey

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all

the ingredients in a large bowl together using a rubber spatula.

2. Roll the oat mixture into 18 bites and place on a lightly greased sheet tray.

3. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the oats begin to brown slightly. Let cool before serving, enjoy!


Tips/Tricks:

- These will keep best for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

- These are perfect for eating before or after a workout to give you a quick boost of energy!
