Grilled Brioche PB & J Sandwich

Need a quick lunch idea that is less-than-boring? Welcome the Grilled Brioche PB & J! All your childhood dreams have now come true with an adult-approved version of the this sandwich!

Grilled Brioche PB & J Sandwich Recipe:

Yield: 2 Sandwiches

Cook Time: 15 Min

Ingredients:

- 4 Brioche Bread Slices (1/2 in Thick)

- ¼ Cup Peanut Butter of Choice

(I prefer a chunky, more natural peanut butter)

- ¼ Cup Jam or Jelly of Choice

(I used Strawberry Jelly)

- ½ Tbsp Honey or Agave

- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Ghee or Butter

Directions:

1. Gather ingredients. On two slices of bread spread the peanut butter and on the other two, spread the jelly or jam.

2. Drizzle honey over each jam slice and combine the sandwich pieces together.

3. Heat a large skillet or griddle, melt coconut oil or ghee. Place sandwich at a 45* degree angle to achieve the “Grill Mark” look, if desired. Toast sandwich until golden brown.

4. Flip and repeat on the other side. Serve hot with some kettle cooked potato chips and lemonade for a delicious light lunch or dinner, enjoy!

Tips/Tricks:

- If you don’t want to use brioche bread, Texas toast is a great substitution as well for this recipe.
